Search for a brewery that serves more than just the “house beer.” Whether its pilsner, lager or stout, the brewery that only offers its own brews may nort be a winner in your book. Unless you are extremely familiar with the brewery’s offerings and which brews go best with pizza as opposed to burgers, try starting in the tasting room with such breweries.
